I'm studuing computer science in the University. I hope that in one day I'm a professional web developer. One of my favorite hobbies is photographing. I like to make HDR pictures and probably you see quite much of them in future. I'm taking my photos with Canon EOS 1100D.

So why I'm here in deviant? I like to draw when I have time but in nowadays I don't have it much. I hope that I can update my drawings here sometimes. But I'm sure you will see my photos a lot.

Hey there! :)
I saw your picture in the Canon 1100D group, so I more or less assume you have a Canon EOS 1100D :P
I'm thinking about buying it, but I'm not quite sure about it. Every review I read is different and written by people who earn money by writing bad things. :P
I have a couple of questions about this camera, could you help me? Haha :)

Do you think it's worth the money?
Does it focus well?
How's the focussing when zooming in alot- as in (almost) macro, if you've ever tried that.
Is the shutter speed fast enough to take pictures of moving objects? I'd love to take pictures of my cats playing, but it's one big grey blob if i try to with my current camera. :P
When focussing, does it hold on to one object or is it able to switch?
When I try to take a picture of one object, it focusses on another and doesn't let go of it, which is hard when the focussed object can't be removed.
It's hard to take pictures the way i ant to now and i want it to change :P
Does it slip when holding it? I've felt it once and i was scared i'd drop it.


I guess that was it really.. xD

- It's sure worth the money.
- In my opinion it focus well.
- It depends on your lens but with kit lens it works pretty well.
- There is a program to take photos of moving objects. I'm not tested it by my self but I think it works well. There is also manual setting were you can set your focusing setups as you like.
- It depend on your focusing setups.
- I don't know for sure what you mean but you can change your target easily.
- Canon EOS 1100D have a good grip so you don't drop it when taking photos.
